On 28 October 2011, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEx") published its "Consultation Conclusions on Review of the Corporate Governance Code and Associated Listing Rules" and the relevant amendments to Main Board Listing Rules ("MB Rules") and Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules ("GEM Rules") (collectively "Listing Rules" or "LRs"). HKEx has adopted most of the proposals outlined in its 2010 "Consultation Paper on Review of the Code on Corporate Governance Practices and Associated Listing Rules", with modifications.
